Financial Adviser - Bournemouth - up to £27k Basic



My Client, a leading banking organisation is looking for experienced Financial Advisers to join their successful Sales Teams in the Dorset area.



You will benefit from advising a range of clients from an excellent product range with branch referred leads generated via motivated and targeted branch staff together with an excellent bonus scheme, Top performing Advisers within the organisation earning in excess of £240,000 per year.



You will be responsible for providing clients with best advice covering Investments, Protections, Savings and IHT as well as training and motivating staff to book appointments into your diary for you as well as self generating business via referrals and repeat business.





You will be joining a consistent and strong team with excellent back up and support from a top performing Manager. Excellent career progression opportunities into either more senior Advisory roles as well as various supervisory or management positions.



You will ideally be fully FPC and CAS qualified with a proven track record working within a banking environment advising on Investments, Protections and Savings products. You will be a motivated and driven individual possessing the ability to work as part of a team and as well as working on own initiative.
