Support Consultant - Accounting Software



Applications Support Consultant with previous experience of supporting financial accounting software - make a career move to this award winning IT solutions company who offer a lively and challenging environment with great emphasis on your training and development so you make the most of your potential.



You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for accounting and logistics software systems to small to medium businesses in a help desk environment. You should have a background in Support with good working knowledge of accounting principles and methods from either a former accounting or bookkeeping role or a relevant qualification, together with good technical skills. You need good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows desktop with great communication and interpersonal skills.
