Team Leader



The Role:



Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of 20 within a demanding yet quality conscious high volume manufacturing environment, you will be monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and ensuring best manufacturing practise is adhered too, through managing ongoing process optimisation, faultfinding and problem solving.



The Candidate:



As the successful Team Leader you will an experienced, hands on proactive engineer who has led a team of skilled Engineers / Operators, set, monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and can demonstrate and thorough understanding of modern manufacturing techniques from within either a high volume machining of metal fabrication manufacturing environment.



Salary : Circa £25,000 depending on skills and experience plus benefits for this days based role.
